Welcome to the Valley View Middle School Choirs website! Valley View is a sixth through ninth grade middle school in Edina, Minnesota. The Edina choral program, part of the Edina Public Schools Music Department, spans grades six through twelve and has a rich tradition of excellence in vocal music. Over five hundred students in eight choirs make up the Valley View Choral Department.

Valley View Choirs Newsreel

  • February Choral Concerts
    Valley View Choirs will present concerts on February 27 & 28 at the Edina Performing Arts Center (EPAC). The 6th and 7th grade choirs will perform at 6:00pm on Monday, February 27. Our annual Masterworks Concert combining the 9th grade choirs from both middle schools, as well as the Edina High School Varsity Choir, will be at 8:00pm on Monday, February 27. The 8th grade choirs and Chamber Choir will perform on Tuesday, February 28 at 6:00pm. Tickets will be sold in the EPAC lobby 30 minutes before each concert.

  • Chamber Choir Annual Caroling
    The 8th & 9th grade Chamber Choir will be caroling at Jerry's Foods (5125 Vernon Ave S, Edina) on Monday, December 19, 5:00-6:00pm. Stop by and enjoy some traditional holiday music while you do your shopping!

  • Freshman Cavaliers ACDA-MN Performance
    On Friday, November 18, the Freshman Cavaliers will perform as part of the 35th Annual State Convention of the American Choral Directors Association of Minnesota. The performance will be at 2:00pm in the chapel at Gustavus Adolphus College in St. Peter, Minnesota. Parents and guests who wish to attend will be able to purchase a ticket for admission prior to the concert. Ticket prices are $10 for adults and $5 for students with a ID.
